Press is designed & constructed on 30° incline for ease of loading-and-unloading

Side pressure via (18) hydraulic cylinders, each 4" bore x 4-1/4" stroke and on 6-5/16" centers.

End pressure via (8) 4" bore x 4-1/4" hydraulic cylinders on 6-5/16" centers.

Top pressure is applied by (2) 3" bore x 13" hydraulic, long stroke cylinders.

Equipped with:

10 KW Generator (enclosed by an all-aluminum cabinet) that, electrical interlock platen restricts power flow unless door is closed.

Push button electrical interface (side mounted), plate current meter, grid current meter, all safety & function indicator lights, full range single control tuning.

Includes:

Plate overload circuit, circuit breakers, standard jog (low pressure) clamping mode, individual pressure regulators for all (3) clamping areas, (1) set of flat mounted pusher shoes for both the side/edge & end pressure cylinders.

2-Hand no tie-down press closing system.
