Stations:
1) Driven Stack Roller Conveyor mounted on to the floor with forklift
2) In feed roller track with scissor lift#3 for forklift pick Lift equipment includes heavy duty scissor lift with multiple height operation using oil hydraulic drive with separate pump and valve circuit. System automatically loads from Position #1 and can discharge last piece or partial bundle when lowered onto#3 for forklift pick up.
3) Automatic in feed pusher device:Equipment includes pusher arm positioned over bundle to infeed a single board at a time. Arm is powered through a mechanical motor driven system for pushing and auto set for board thickness and board length.
4) Driven angular roller conveyor
5) Brush cleaning unit: Top and bottom side surface cleaning of raw board by means of rotating fiber brushes including dust extraction hoods.
6) Driven intermediate transport belt conveyor:between the panel cleaner and Film tray carriage - Film holding carriage is position movable longitudinal with auto back stop allowing for positioning of various board length lay-ups (6’ through 12’ length) - Film holding arms are mounted on vertical slides for melamine film tray loading via forklift entryboard
7) Lay-up and tray belt feed assembly: Manual pulling melamine papers and board substrate layup. Film infeed belt table. Table includes power unit powering belt forward for bottom paper layup.Wood based panel ( I.e. particleboard) is transported over and above bottom film via electrical power rollers on chain track. Board positions against forward stops above bottom film. Roller conveyors retract depositing panel onto lower film.

10) Outfeed roller conveyor: Outfeed roller conveyor is activated vertically to tilt to angular plane parallel to panel being ejected after press cycle. - Laminated panel moves longitudinal down sloped conveyor. Conveyor rollers are covered to prevent damage to laminated surface.
11) Edge cleaning device for cleaning longitudinal and cross edges of overhanging surface material.
12) Driven transport and take-off conveyor with alignment for receiving laminated panels from the edge trimmer. Cross alignment device aligns panel for stacker pick up.
13) Outfeed Stacker: To pick up and transport panels to or from the outfeed inspection location. Stacker is equipped with vertical power mechanism via electrical driven winch type motor assembly. Stacker pick-up rack equipped with vacuum cups activated via venturi vacuum created suction devices. Stacker frame is constructed of heavy duty I-beam structure with powered moving carriage controlled through inverter drives for accurate location and positioning. Stacker has (3) positions for pick-up and placement:
1) Finish board pick up
2) Utility grade stack
3) Prime grade stack
Location #1 is the pick-up point for the panel. Stacker function is pick-up, tilt for bottom inspection and position to location #2 or #3.
