WEINIG "H-23C" FEED THROUGH  MOULDER
5-Head (B-R-L-T-B), working cap. 9-1/16" x 4-3/4" cap. • Spindle sequence: Bottom 15 HP, right 10 HP, left 10 HP, top 20 HP and bottom 15 HP motor.

Spindle diameter 2-1/8" (Hydrolock) with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM. Outboard bearing support on spindles #4 & #5; mechanical digital readouts on all spindle adjustments. No jointers.

Feed equipped with: 7.5 HP Feed drive, variable feed speed from 20 - 120 FPM, all feed wheels are driven and with adjustable pneumatic hold down pressure. 

1.2 M (4') Infeed table with (2) rollers above and (1) driven table roller. Complete with: Reduced distance feed roller, central lubrication, manual Waxilit pump, sound enclosure/safety hood and (1) inside light. 

Control cabinet attached to Moulder. 

Includes: WEINIG "EM 11" Hopper feeder (hydraulic) with feed roller from the side on the workpiece; infeed fence on Moulder with roller bearings for reduced friction flow of product through the Feeder; hopper racks will support products stacked to height of 14" with allowable weight up to 150 LBS material feed length from 18" - 120"
Moulder was use to manufacture engineered flooring and is in very good condition – Spindles 1,4, and 5 were never used, spindles 2 and 3 are in good condition as well.
