ALLEN BRADLEY Control activates any amount of pods for laminating smaller pieces.

Approx. (40) air pods generating 80 PSI (120 PSI max.) specific pressure on a 5-1/2" stroke

6" to 60" Motorized adjustable daylight for easy adjustment with different bundle sizes.

Pneumatic pop-up rollers in bed for ease of moving bundles in and out.

(10) Gravity rollers (5 per side) for ease in loading product.

3' x 6' Infeed scissorlift, 2,000 lb capacity with footpedal control

3' x 6' Indexing scissorlift with gravity roller attached to bed; 4,000 lb capcity with foot pedal control

Outfeed conveyor after press with forklift ports for removing bundle from line.

The press is completely rebuilt (sandblasted, painted and reassembled to new condition), the other components are reconditioned (cleaned, tested, painted).
