Top and bottom application

Upper elevator with single handwheel adjustment

Casters to move machine out of line for cleaning or maintenance

Index Table:

Belt conveyor index table with rolling gantry

Gantry carries substrate over bottom overlay before dropping squarely onto sheet. 

Top overlay is manually placed on panel.

Operater activates the belt conveyor moving the panel into the press

BURKLE Press

Specific pressure capability of 120 N/cm or 174 PSI.

     Daylight opening of press is 5.9"

Hydraulic pressure to the press is applied by (6) rams with 6" dia. cylinders configured in (3) rows of (2) rams per row.

Electric Hot Oil heater
 

Outfeed:

Out-Feed skate roller table with a stop at the end

There are no maintenance issues with this machine. All rams seals are good with no leakeage. 

Excellent condition and currently in daily operation.

This press is in like new operating condition and has been running only one shift per day with the same operator.
