Description

Pre-Owned BLACK BROS, VIET, ACTIVA VENEER LAMINATING LINE with HOT PRESS, Scissorlift and indexing tables.

 

VIET 52" 3-Head crossbelt, widebelt sander:

52" Width capacity

Crossbelt sanding with segmented platen

(2) Soft contract drums

Chevron belt

Electronic segmented platen

Scotchbrite brush

BLACK BROTHERS glue spreader with newly re-coated rollers

Top and bottom
62" Working width
8 ¾" Applicator rollers evenly transferring the glue to the panel
6 ½" Rubber coated doctor rollers with dual adjustment per roller determining the amount of glue being transferred to the substrate.
Single handwheel height adjustment raises upper roller assembly to desired thickness of panel up to 4"
Fixed motor drive running at 80 FPM giving a steady flow of material.  Butt to butt feeding is not required.
