Staging:

Gravity conveyor holding bundle of material ready to load. 

Scissorlift:

4500 Lb Scissorlift with rollers on top ready to accept bundles from staging area.  Rises incrementally as each piece leaves enters the panel cleaner.  3' x 8' Bed accepting sizes up to 5' x 12'.  Bed size can be altered to match product.

Automatic Panel Pusher:

Hydraulicly drive each panel into the panel cleaner.  A hydraulic arm slides the top panel into the cleaner.  A sensor at the end tells the arm when to stop and retract. Another sensor tells the scissorlift to raise preparing for the next panel to load.  The arm is adjustable for panels between 8' and 10' in length.

Panel Cleaner:

BLACK BROTHERS 410 Top and bottom panel cleaner eliminating 99% of debris from panels dramatically reducing waste due to telegraphing.

Index Table:

5' x 12' Capacity

Operator places the bottom laminate on the scissorlift. Material leaves glue spreader with adhesive on both sides riding on a gantry that supports the leading edge until the panel completely leaves the spreader. The panel slides down rails at tail end onto the laminate, at the same time the operator pivots the lead gantry suports so the laminate drops onto substrate.  The operator removes a top and bottom pieces of laminate from the rack and places them on the panel.  He activates the scissorlift dropping one position allowing room for the next substrate to leave the spreader.

 Scissorlift:

4500# Scissorlift with 3' x 8' bed.  

Gravity rollers attached to the top allows operator to move a bundle down into the press when completed.

Lift incrementally lowers one panel thickness by footpedal after each panel is loaded.

Pneumatic Laminate Rack:

Holds laminate ready for application to substrate. 

Sits above Index Table opposite operator.  

When the operator is ready to apply the next sheets of laminate he activates a footpedal moving the rack forward mechanically.  Once rack is in the forward position he holds the pieces he requires and taps the pedal again returning the rack to it's original position, and having the pieces of laminate drop onto the Index Table in the appropriate placement.

Infeed Cart:

Gravity infeed conveyor on cart with rail system moving material to spreader. Steel rails are bolted to the floor perpendicular to the line's travel.  The cart receives the bundle for passing through to the first press or can be pushed along the rails to the front of other presses, allowing multiple pressing simultaneously.

Outfeed Conveyor:

Operator pushes bundle from press onto gravity conveyor.  Conveyor has forklift slots to lift the completed bundle and remove it from the line.

ALL MACHINERY CLEANED, CHECKED and PAINTED to match.  Glue spreader and panel cleaner completely reconditioned.

24 to 30" catwalk required but not included.

Allow 80 foot length of floorspace.
