Infeed conveyor moves material through left, right and top sanding stations using abrasive strip brushes at variable speeds of 50 to 700 FPM.

Substrate enters vacuum chamber via 6' conveyor belt & passes under the coating as the substrate leaves the chamber negative pressure in the chamber keeps excess fluid inside. Coating is run through several filters and sent back to the reservoir for use again.

Equipped with: 15 HP Regenerative vacuum producer holds fluid inside vacuum chamber; 15 Gallon cap. reservoir; Stainless steel vacuum chamber with adjustable substrate guides; Air operated diaphragm recylcing pump; High cap. fluid filter; Separation tower with stainless steel baffle & filtering system; Heavy gauge steel construction; Free-standing operator panel; Coating thickness controlled with a modulating valve & vacuum pressure gauge; Uses waterborne coatings be it stains, primers, sealers, base coats, top coats or even fungicides; Can be used to coat most solid materials, regardless of profile; This line was used two shifts per day for 2 years and one shift per day there after to UV Finish and Cure slats 2 & 3 inches wide x 1/8 thick in the shutter and louver industry.
