Sanding Unit:
(5) Brush sanding units configured: Bottom, left, right, top, top.
(7) Material feed rollers positioned to create counter pressure at sanding head locations
(4) Posts each side (8 total) supporting holddown and side rollers with adjustable arms
at infeed with adjustable arms for positioning of the workpiece
Sanding heads on dovetail glide with hand crank adjust and SIKO counters and tilt.
UV Vacuum coater:

Substrate enters vacuum chamber via 6' conveyor belt & passes under the coating as the substrate leaves the chamber negative pressure in the chamber keeps excess fluid inside. Coating is run through several filters and sent back to the reservoir for use again.

Roller infeed section with variable drive
1st and 2nd Transfer arms adjusted to accept smaller part sizes.
Parts leave the oven onto this receiving rollers. When the part is completely on receiving table, confirmed by an electric eye, the rollers drop down so the transfer belts can move the part laterally for unloading or onto a return conveyor. Necessary component if smaller parts are run and manually offloaded.
