2003 SMK 12 UV Vacuum coater: Brush stainless steel body, internal removable devices to reduce overspray and for easy cleaning. Product recovery system with recycle tank. Application chamber located on a lateral suction allowing for easy recovery off all UV. Entrance adn exit guides adjustable from the working side. Pneumatically controlled paint valve and double diaphragm paint pump. Easy to read vacuum guage with pump button controls.

2001 ( FLT/HE ) 9-Lamp UV oven: (3) Bottom (6) top & side adjustable units with PLC control adjusting lamp power and feed speed. 12" Width and 4" height capacity. Feed through for immediat curing of linear profiled material. Designed for transparant materials.

 Irradiators are fully enclosed and visually shielded, lamps mounted on vertically adjustable rack to allow precise focal point adjustments where necessary and is easily removed for replacement of service. Includes, individual lamp cooling fans pulling heat from lamps and oven cooling fan.

2001 ( SCD ) Lateral transfer conveyor: Cross transfers finished goods for cooling and off-loading.
