Designed for the coating in a continous cycle, paint, bolus, plaster or gesso on mouldings of any shape, strips and picture frames by using steel counter templates.

Capable of producing 2,300' to 12,000' per hour.

(2) Opposing rows of side guide rollers and (4) upper driven rollers continously feed the substrate (moulding) into the machine.  An additional set of side and top guide rollers control the workpiece within the coating tank.

Coating thickness is determined by the changeable steel template and substrate size.

Built-in pump mechanism draws gesso from pail, can or drum onto the substrate.  Pouring the material onto the moulding as it passes through the coating chamber.  The template scrapes the excess gesso into a tub for recycling.
