VENJAKOB -  Solvent based UV lacquer Spray Machine, 51" operating width capacity and an 85" long spray enclosure. 5 - 24 FPM feed through speed range with an optimal line speed of 10 FPM.

(2) Reciprocating linear gun carriers with (4) guns each reciprocator totalling (8) automatic air-mix type spray guns with nozzles.  (2) Material handling pumps and clamps & brackets for free height and angle settings, quick changeover system with purging valve, solenoid valves, gun holders, paint, and air tubing.

TYPE Z" Belt driven reciprocating slider, driven by servo motor and pulled by sprocket belts and ball bearing rollers with infinitely variable speed from 79 - 492 FPM, independent programmable control in control cabinet. Guide chain at top of reciprocator protect supply tubes.

Photoelectric transistor bridge: Light sensors at entrance of sprayer sends the precise material shape & size to the programmable S electronic gun control.

Conveyor System: Infeed roller conveyor section, closed and solvent resistant conveyor inside the booth with automatic positioning system and easy maintenance belt cleaning and recovery system utilizing ring scraping system.

Booth Enclosure: Steel plate and Stainless Steel were there is contact with UV material construction, 86" long enclosure with inspection windows and double folding doors, fluorescent lamp illuminates spray area.

All electric operator controls on teminal boxes at the service panel, controls above double doors include: Pressure regulator, manometer, gun test buttons and emergency stop.

Supply air filter integrated into the top of the booth with full width out-blow area for even and controlled input of air. Filter areas with DRY exhaust system include 2-stage filters, (1) paper & (1) mesh, on either side of the conveyor and exhaust fan mounted under the conveyor.

FLASH-OFF TUNNEL - 86° F to 160°+ Hot water heating (included) dimensions 315" lanog x 51" wide x 4" height combined heating, fan and filter unit produces required air. High velocity fan pushes air through EU 2 filter media and heat exchanger. Manually adjustable flaps control volume and air speed. Galvanized sheet steel cabinet pressurized with air guide segments.  Easily accesible maintenance and viewing panels every 79" apart. PVC belt conveyor temperature resistant variable speed drive with chains and sprocket wheels. Includes: Pneumatic belt guide system.

SUPERRAD SUPERFICI UV OVEN - 51" Width capacity equipped with (2) 51" long mercury UltraViolet lamps 125/200 WPI, dual power lamp switch (low & high intensity), temperature controlled ventilation cooling / fumes exhaust for each pair of lamps.

Variable feed speed conveyor from 20 - 140 FPM, 51" wide x 120" long conveyor with PVC covered rollers.

Free-standing electrical control cabinet with light indicators, amp meters and lamp run time indicators.

Installation: Factory trained service technicians will assemble, test run, demonstrate and train for an additional charge.
