This machine has been designed to spray UV onto mouldings, drawer sides and similar linear workpieces.

Pneumatically fired sprayer with exhaust. 

Simple to use with no complicated electronics.

Totally enclosed spray booth comes with a stainless steel rollout recovery cabinet for easy changeover and cleaning.

Downdraft in spray booth draws overspray into recovery cabinet for reclamation while exhausting any harmful vapors to the environment.

The single station unit integrates easily into any line whether as a primary unit or as an intermediate step.  

 Safety glass windows for viewing on three sides.

 Easy access door for adjusting guns and cleaning.

The oven cures the workpiece on all sides by first passing over a bottom mounted UV lamp then by three adjustable lamps that cure the sides and the top. 

 Doors on the side of the oven allow for easy access to lamps.  Doors are integrated into the emergency circuit to avoid exposure to UV rays.  Interior of doors are covered with polished metal to reflect UV light back onto workpiece. 

 Sections of oven are double walled to keep outside of oven cool to the touch. 

Adjustable ventilation fans bring in filtered air and exhaust hot air and ozone to help keep the lamps and curing cool.

Entry and Exit are optically shielded to limit escape of UV light.

The oven utilizes mercury lamps to cure clear and lightly colored UV coatings. 

Transport is by a UV resistant Teflon coated mesh belt over a perforated slider bed.

Lamps are coupled; one power supply controls two lamps.

Sanding machine comes with two (2) overhead sanding units. Each sanding unit is electronic variable speed. Sanding units are adjustable up and down only with some tilt. 

Sander is designed for use with loose sandpaper finger style brushes with Tampico backing or impregnated wire brushes.

Conveyance is by raised surface slider belt.  Holddowns and guides on the sides help keep the workpiece in place.

Dust collection hoods cover each unit.
