Substrate enters vacuum chamber via 6' conveyor belt & passes under the coating. Variable feed speed from 20 - 150 FPM as the substrate leaves the chamber. Negative pressure in the chamber keeps excess fluid inside.

Coating is run through several filters and sent back to the reservoir for use again.

Used for curing UV curable coatings through exposure to UV light from arc lamps

Intensity and belt speed are variable to adjust cure and gloss level.

(7) 12" Lamps; (3) bottom focused arc, (1) left, (1) right (non-focused arc) with infinitely adjustable 0 - 400 WPI, (2) tops (non-focused arc).

Lamps are mounted on flexible supports to optimize +UV exposure

Cooling fans mounted on each lamp to maintain optimal working temperature.
