50" Wide cap. with: Panel Turner, (6) Coaters, (4) UV Ovens, (3) Stain Brushes, (2) Scuffers or Denibbers, Horseshoe return and all related Conveyors needed to complete this Line setup.

Pos. # 1: SWEED "C-FRAME" PANEL TURNER opening sized vertically to you standard height can eliminate need for Loas ClampingWide load bearing surfaces to support you load on 3 sides with "funneled" opening for easy load access. This unit will accommodate a 5� x 12� load at 7,000 pounds compared to the standard turner that holds a 4� x 8� plywood unit at about 3500 pounds. In addition, they feature hydraulic clamping and rotating, versus the traditional method of air.

Pos. #2: Panel feeder to right angle conveyor.  Full unit of material is moved from the panel turner to a scissor lift with electric eye indexing lifts the unit as each sheet is removed from the top.  A panel pusher above moves the individual sheets onto a conveyor, taking the sheets perpendicular down the line.

Pos. #3 - (1) 50" x 9' Long Infeed Conveyor with: Top cleaning brush & integrated dust collection enclosure, (2) 7" dia. outlet ducts 1,070 CFM each @ 4,000 FPM air movement for a total of 2,140 CFM.

Pos. #6 - ( RCD-50 ) Roll Coater: 9" Dia. x 68" face rubber covered application roll, 6-1/2" dia. face chrome plated doctor roll drilled & tapped for temperature control; features air actuated head lift, automatic raise with line stoppage, right angle linear actuator height adjustment with digital indicator, material pump, drain pans, piping, etc.

Pos. #7 - ( SWT-50 ) 3-Station Stain Wiping with: 50" Wide x 10' long vacuum belt conveyor, right angle linear actuator height adjustment with digital indicators.
