WORK STATIONS:

FLUSH TRIMMING: Two (2) top and bottom motors 0.75kw (1HP), 12000 RPM, mounted above each other with pnuematic exlusion.

FINE TRIMMING: Two (2) top and bottom motors 0.75kw (1HP), 12000 RPM, p[ositioned @ 90°. Can be equipped with flush,or raduis/ chamfer cutterheads. Horizontal and vertical tracing wheels, equipped with two (2) pnuematic pre-defined positions (machanical stops) for processing thin edges. Horizontal tracing wheels have servo motors for quick changeover.

CORNER-ROUNDING UNIT (2M/S): Two (2) motors 0.35 kw (0.5HP) 12,000 RPM for leading and trailing edges. 3mm max. edge thinkness.

RADIUS SCRAPPING (PVC/ABS): Top and bottom with pnuematic exclusion control, pvc scrap collection box. 

BUFFING STATION: Top and bottom (2) motors, 0.12kw (0.16HP) 1400 RPM

COMPLETE WITH: OPerator control panel: NX 2000 Multi-axis numerical control w/pc windows 2000. 32 bit operating system/ xp hard disk, graphical operator interface w/15" TFT screen, keyboard & mouse.

All cutting and trimming workstations are "HF" (High Frequency) motors. Line control, "NO" mechanical limit switches required to control workstations.
