This is a Servo-Motor controlled machine.

Edge cap 0.4 - 8 mm (5/16") 

Panel thickness 8 mm - 50 mm (5/16" - 2")

Minimum panel length 160 mm (6-3/8") and 65 mm (2-1/2") minimum width
line control (NO limit switches) for workstation function.

Height adjustment with top pressure beam for all workstation

Equipped with digital height indicator.
"PC" Program Control with: 7-1/2" VGA Screen

8 MB IDE flash disk

Internal Modem for remote diagnostic link

Signal infeed light to insure proper spacing between panels.

Equipped with: Quick heat-up glue system,(approx. 12 Min)

Glue temperature indicator for both the glue pot & glue roller with LED thermostat

Contour trimming station (0.5 HP motor) for corner rounding "on the fly".

Last station: Top & bottom buffing (0.25 HP - 2,800 motors).

Trim stations have HF motors w/electronic brakes

Feed chain track speed 11 m/min (36 FPM)

3 HP feed drive.

Complete with:

Operator control panel w/PLC (Programmable Logic Control)

Keypad & LED readouts and used tooling.
