Used NORFIELD 1020 DOUBLE END TRIM AND MITER SAW

1-1/2' - 8' Cap. adjusts by hand crank, 3-1/2" max. width & 3/8" - 1-1/2" thickness; straight 90° cut or 45° miter cut, allows for 0° - 10° undercut angle, w/(2) 10" dia. TCT blade.

Equipped for automatic operation with: Hopper w/infeed magazine, material feed dog and automatically activated holddown clamp cylinder, undercut pointer & scale, material center support, truck channel frame, 1.5 HP TEFC motor.

The saw cuts side casing, head casing, brick mold and jamb stock. It quickly miters casing and brick mold, and square cuts stops or jamb stock at up to 30 pieces per minute. The feed system ensures steady feed rate and provides the additional benefit of operator safety. Double end cutting reduces labor cost and changeover from square to miter cuts, allowing quick and easy processing of components of both side and head casings.
