Built-in plywood vacuum table with (1 - 6) ports hold the core & laminate throughout the entire wrap for the "edge first" method.

For the "edge first" operation (84" max. length).

Pneumatic traveling pivot arms hold & turn the substrate into the laminate and when wrapping geoforms.

Thermostatically controlled 4" x 102" heat bar w/cycle timer & digital temperature display

Non-marring silicon heating surface

90ï¿½ Rotation of the heat bar features a silicon covered "non heated" cooling surface.

Complete with:

Flip-away stops to align the core at the center of the radius

Multiple work station setups for production jobs.
